39 year old male who underwent LAR for rectal cancer 2 years back in Iran. He presented with a 3*4 cm parietal wall lump of three months duration. Cr scan film attached - no intra peritoneal extension. PET shows the lesion to be Mildly FDG avid and there are no other lesions elsewhere. FNAC - suspicious of malignancy. How will you manage the patient?

Haemorrhoids -These are bulging Blood vessels in or near the rectum or anus. ,that most people have them at some point in their life.They may develop inside the anus.(but can protrude outside) or may develop outside anus & covered by skin.Although Haemorrhoids are painful,may cause long term health problem & are not associated with cancer,they sometimes cause blood in stool,but this can occur with colon or rectal cancer, CAUSES- In genral ,anything that puts pressure on veins in lower body can leads to haemorroids including straining during bowel movement, sitting on the toilet for long periods, Diarrhea,or Constipation, Being Over weight,pregnancy & age which causes tissue become weaker.
