Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

Elderly female presented with group vesicular lesions at face, lips, tongue, ear (Figures 1-3). She was treated with Femciclovir for 6 days. Lesions healed in 2-3  weeks. She got slight ptosis and mild facial palsy after 3 weeks (Figure 4). What is this type of Herpes zoaster? Can you recollect the associated syndrome ? Thank you.
