D/D:- Drug interaction Worms infestation Photosensitivity PMS TFT as FT3, FT4 n TSH Coagulation profile Stool microscopy Before getting the reports you can advise deworming with Albendazole+Ivermectin

Aquagenic urticaria due to physical agent hot water or sun heat (PHOTOSESTIVITY) use sunscreen cream and avoid hot waterbath. Antihistaminics sos. Monitor bp and hypothyroidism

Requires treatment for hypothyroidism and menopausal symptoms. Oestrogen to be supplemented if menopausal

This is thread ĺeke infection .mainly occurs due to earth warm . So use albendazole + ivermectin tab daily for 10 days Use liver stimulates medicine . Use antihistamines sos 100 % curèwithin 5 days

In figure first, it is wavy thread like tunnel caused by mite of scabies

I am suspecting cholinergic urticaria . How to proceed for that ??
