Rashes around ear

A girl 10 years of age a presented to the OPD with this rash. She has this problem for the last 3 years. It appears in the winter season ,associated with mild fever and itching, and resolves spontaneously in the summer season. It appears mostly on her face (on the ears), But sometimes on the other parts of the body. There is no family history and no history of communicability of the disease. Physical examination was normal. There is no hearing problem and no history of discharge from the ear. D/Ds?

Impetiginized Eczema Azithromycin 250 mg od. PCM ibu TDS. Tapering dose of steroid orally. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply lobate-S+ mupirocin oint locally. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient cream locally. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
