Herpes Simplex rashes. A single episode or recurrent erythema multiforme is an uncommon reaction to herpes simplex. The rash of erythema multiforme appears as symmetrical plaques on hands, forearms, feet and lower legs. It is characterised by target lesions, which sometimes have central blisters. Mucosal lesions may be observed.. Both types of medication tend to contain the same active ingredients. They include: Acyclovir..Famciclovir..Valacyclovir.. A y of these can shorten duration of active burning etc.

Herpes simplex Treatment consists of antiviral and antiallergetic drugs. Medication.... Tab. Stanvir 400mg TDS X 5 days. Tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg OD X 5 days. Cream/ Ointment Acyclovir apply locally. Self care..... Keep clean usable clothes and moisture. Avoid dirty water.
