Cystoid macular edema with CNVM Ivta intravitreal triamisolone acetate In diabetic macular edema ,edema May completely resolve and visual acuity may increase as much as macular ischemia and tissue distraction by diabetic process may allow For proliferative diabetic retinopathy and neovascular glaucoma antiangiogenic effect of Razumab has to be used

Macular edema : Intravetreal Avastin injection can be given . It is effective & cheaper compared to other medicines.

I will ask to try that, but the cost is 27K. Almost twice as compared to Razumab which is only 12K, and Ivta is only 3K. So that's where the confusion is.
