40yr m c/o rash over body only in evening with itching subsides its own after 4- 6hrs ,non diabetic wt is the diagnosis &t/t

since yesterday itching and eruptive margins all over body

itchy rash all over body since 3 months. spot diagnosis..

lady having this lesion on face, neck and arm with severe itching , please suggest the dx & rx.

26 year-old-male presented with rash to torso for approx 3 weeks. Stated he has these lesions on and off. No recent travel out of the country. Rash is shown in picture and does not have any raised characteristics. Mild itching is present. History of minor allergies & asthma. What is the diagnosis? and treatment options?
