Visual shows greyish patches over the waist , back of the buttocks, external aspects of the legs .. Here the patient took treatment of Tinea CRURIS and CORPORIS and overuse of these medications, developed to this condition...called RECALCITRANT TINEA... Treatment... Stop all topicals and to minimize the sensitivity of the skin as much as possible... To reduce the sensitization and dryness Follow the hygienic procedures Keratolytics Moisturizers with antifungal.. Follow up the case
