83yrs/F old was brought to ED late night by her family members telling that she suddenly developed restlessness since that morning with different movements of tongue with irrelevant talk related to evil spirits and making different types of vocal sounds. She has no past history of psychiatric illness/medical illness. Her vitals are normal.she is not responding to verbal stimuli and painful stimuli to awake from that state.CT brain normal.
