Digital reduction in O.T setting of prolapse to be done gradually. 2.Once rectal prolapse is reduced definitive surgery is indicated. 3.As Patient is Young Abdominal approach of surgery is indicated. Options are 4. Laparoscopic rectopexy. 5 Anterior resection. 6.Marlex rectopexy. 7.Resection rectopexy- it is a combination of Anterior resection and marlex rectopexy

Complete rectal prolapse like this has to be treated surgically, by rectopexy, different methods are described, commonly used method is fixing the rectum to the saccrum by prolene mesh rectopexy.
