Recurrent knee swelling Chief Complaints 28 years old male non_diabetic, euthyroid present with recurrent knee swelling ( right knee) since 4 years. 1 episodes a year usually at this time and subsides spontaneously without any medication. On examination ROM normal,, tenderness negative, pattelar tap positive. What can be the causes? Diagnosis and treatment

Patient complain of pain and swelling in upper right back region of jaw since 4 days intraoral examination reveal there is sinus irt 6 . On iopa reading i feel there is internal resorption in palatal root (correct me if i m wrong) If there is resorption should i go for endo or extarction
