25ym ,lesions since 7 month, severe itching, dd&tt

Case for discussion 45 year old male presented with hyperkeratotic lesions in a annular circumference placement on the right gluteal region only. Present and progressing since 13 years. Started in center as a Nodular keratotic lesion then slowly spread circumferentially History of applying steroid based creams. Sensation intact No h/o of itching IT IS NOT TINEA. 1. Describe the lesion 2. Give possible DD 3. What tests to do to get closer to diagnosis.

80yr male pt itching since 3 days Plz suggest Diagnosis and treatment.

28 yrs old male presented with c/0 rashes over chest and abdomen since 10 days ,no itching but increasing in size since 4 days

Spotter ? 1 & half year old male child with Skin lesions since 1 wk non itchy , Low grade fever & Less intake of food
