Male patient of age 35 comes in opd with complain of Lower abdomen pain Reduce urine frequency Constipated bowel Chief Complaints Abdominal pain Reduce urine frequency History History of takin alcohol on off And outside food on off Vitals Bp: 124/84 Pulse:82 Spo2: 96 Physical Examination Conscious Investigations Usg abdomen: Hydrouretonephrosis left VUJ calculus of 4.7 mm and 4.5 mm at calyx middle Cbc: wnl Lft: sgot/sgpt: 45/50 Urine pus cells : 5-6 Kft: normal Diagnosis Renal calculi Uti?? Management Need advice

LEFT UVJ calculus Small and likely to pass by conservative management with hydand antispasmodics. Multiple stones , needs investigations like serum uric acid, PTH estimation RFT to be checked.
