Resp sir 37yr male having BP 140to146/88to96ranging in sitting position its 136/84 supine his ECG is normal he taking daily 5km of walking now he having mild frontal headache any need antihypertensive drug ?

Right now no need to start antihypertensive medication... You can simply advice for Shath Bindu Tailam Pratimarsha Nasya it will balance the vitiated vata and kapha and manage the headache

This blood pressure is not much high and may not be a cause of headache, please send him to opthalmologist for eye refraction.

Blood pressure is not very high. Frontal headache may be FRONTAL SINUSITIS. TREAT WITH CONSTITUTIONAL MEDS. Common remedies encountered are... Pulsatilla Silica Kali bichromicum. Belladonna LM in distilled water tid. Etc etc.
