Fistula with internal opening. do finger test to find out the punctum of internal opening. That can guide you the route of fistula. Proctoscopy may be helpful

It may be the case of Peri-anal Abscess or Fistula with Internal Opening.... Go with Digital Examination..... And treat according to the findings.....

Chronic fissure leads to fistula but here discharge is there so fissure with secondary infection. Mostly the pt had so much of pain during distal examination. @Dr. P. G. Shah

Fistula 1 tab mard extra time vati two bd 2 tab tirfala gogal two bd 3 tab kachnar gogal two bd 4 haridra khand 10 gm two time daily 4 cap p9 two time daily with milk

Blind fistula Go for KS ligation sir
