1 Cold abscess 2 Axillary Lymphadenitis 3 Fibrosarcoma tail of breast 4 Lipoma. 5 Dermoid cyst 6 Sebacious cyst 7 Secondary metastasis

Axillary swelling history & mobility important axillary fat dd tb adenitis dd lipoma dd lyumphoma dd cyst dd muscle dystrophy dd additional breast usg fnac HP CBC ESR CRP Mt xray chest palpate other places

Axillary swellings 1swelling is quite large and seems to be cystic than it is cold abscess 2 if it is hard and matted than tb adenitis There is old scar below swelling suggestive may be past h/o adenitis recurring Some history is required adv cbc esr mt and usg to see swelling.

Cold access, sreec HIV, lyphoid cancers, secondaries to breast cancer, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, etc.,

Lipoma ,lymphadenitis,lymphoma,dermoid cyst.
