If she is having dandruff think of seborrhoeic dermatitis of the eye lids Ddx. Pediculosis of eye lashes Allergic contact dermatitis

No. H/o dandruff. This condition appears in Jan and February.. Seens last 7 yrs

Eye lashes appear to be normal Hence I am not in favour of diagnosis of neither seborrhoeic or ulcerative blepharitis. It looks like allergic dermatitis
