How to know??

RTA case abdomen injuries present, patient was referred right now but the Thing is Primarily treatment for this case and how we can confirm the Any internal bleed is There are not??

To diagnose internal bleeding in abdominal trauma following should be monitored 1.Ultrasonography abdomen 2.Clinical features- Pallor , tachycardia, shock with low B.P , air hunger , cold and Clammy skin , perspiration 3.Abdominal paracentesis and aspiration of blood is diagnostic- if facilities of USG are not available

First clean the pt...proper external examination .check vitals and resuscitate accordingly , if vitals r ok not external penetrating wound ,u can rule out initially ...once pt gets stable do whatever u suspects .otherwise if unstable .proceed for FAST or CECT abdomen single shot..no need ft brain..without sign of external injury to head ..it s very unlikely pt has internal bleeding
