pain facial trauma
RTA - pain facial trauma with fracture of cervical c2 and c3 .mostly condyal fracture. Open reduction and internal fixtation done but c2 and c3 conservatively treat.
It is a c/o RTA likely head on injury Xrays are suggestive of multiple #of skull and mandible 1 #mandible needs wiring fixation 2 #orbit rt side and temporal bone are undisplaced and not depressed hence conservative treatment 3 lateral end of mandible at angle will need wiring fixation 4 infraorbital # and temporal # on lt side though with hematoma but will resolve on conservative line 5 yes stress # of c2c3 bodies will settled by conservative and physiotherapy This all depend on clinical status of pt
