At 19 years an infected epididymal cyst requires conservative treatment in the form of a prolonged course of antibiotics preferably tan Amoxyclav 625 mg B.D for 2 weeks, tab chymoral forte × 6hourly for 2 weeks along a pre- probiotic . Most of these cysts resolve spontaneously.as it represents cystic degeneration of epididymis. As cyst is small in size it will resolve

Epidydimal cyst. Epididymis cysts are common and harmless. However, if you do discover a lump in your testicles it’s extremely important to make an appointment with your doctor to rule out a more serious cause of a scrotum mass, such as a tumor or hernia.. Surgery is the most common treatment if required.

This is a case of infected left epididymal cyst . Usually painless, and non cancerous. Requires no treatment unless it is troubling . Antibiotics given to control infection. If the cyst is not resolved, surgical excision of cyst by a general surgeon or a Urologist if required .
