40f Co severe hypogatric pain sudden onset no fever vomiting no urinary complaints kco intramural 25mm uterine fibroid; ho irregular menses 2-3 month back treated with duoluton L cynomycin 100mg initially then crina ncr 10mg pausext dotarin later for 21 days after this Pt had pv bleeding for 2 days then on 3rd day above mention abdominal pain followed by passage of this thing per vaginally at night...my question is what is this? ???????

25 yr primi 4 months of amenorrhoea has come with generalised weakness ,continuous sweating, continuous nausea and vomiting for past 3 months (on and off).No Fever,chills and rigor.burning micturation and lower abd vage pain.weight has been drastically reduced from 55 kg to 45 kg for past 3 months. Bp-100/60mmhg ,PR- NORMAL. Kindly suggest what treatment and other investigations can be done for this patient.

58/M chronic smoker and alcoholism present with severe excruciating pain in epigastrium extending both hypochondria since 2-3 days. No fever, SoB, Vomiting, gi bleed, altered bowel or bladder. Tolerating orally. CBP, ECG, amylase lipase.....WNL. This is Abdomen x-ray erect position. possibilities?
