those striae seem like Cushing syndrome rule out 1.oat cell ca by CT chest 2.pitutary adenoma by MRI head 3.adrenal adenoma by CT abdomen 4.H/O Steroid use.. t/t according to cause

This is a case of Cushing's Syndrome

jaundice,striae,ascites due to liver failure,or cirrhosis
