Radical Surgery Chemotherapy + Radiotherapy

Surgical intervention Chemotherapy.

Surgery after CT PNS to see extension and chemo /radiotherapy

Patient needs staging of disease If early stage I or II, CT/CRT or surgery alone suffices In case of stage III or IV, CT/CRT organ preservation or surgery followed by adjuvant therapy has acceptable results
