Multiple cervical lymph nodes . Requires FNAC. Might be tuberculosis or otherwise. Confirm by excisional biopsy. Midline swelling you should think of thyroglossal cyst.

Doctor, they look like TB lymph nodes. go for excisional biopsy.

Best is to advise fnac

Midline neck swelling d/d is thyroglossal cyst ,dermoid cyst ,pretracheal lymph node of delphian

TGC less likely but keep in mind first think of submental lymph nodes. Mostly non specific inf is the cause , but rule out kochs.

Sorry lateral picture goes in favor of kochs do FNAC

seems multiple lymph nodes,large enuf for FNAC. Usg neck also required, r/o Koch's any h/o suggestive of kocks,/ contact h/o
