Sebaceous cyst or malignancy?
chief complaint A 68 y/o female presented with a small, non-tender nodule on the posterior right neck without any discharge. History She has history of breast carcinoma and had mastectomy 20 years back. Examinations Physical exam shows 0.3 × 0.5 cm soft, freely mobile nodule on the right neck. No lymphadenopathy was noted. Diagnosis Could it be just a sebaceous cyst or malignancy?

67 y/o female with multiple lipomatosis presented with complaints of a lump in the left breast X 6 months. She initially though that she had developed a lipoma in the breast and ignored it. Gradually increasing in size. O/e - 3*4 cm firm lump involving the left breast from 11-1 o clock, close to the NAC. Mammogram - birads 4 (images attached). Tru-cut biopsy - atypical papillary lesion. No definitive e/o malignancy. Did a lumpectomy today. HPE reports awaited. Share your views regarding the case.
