Sebaceous cyst or malignancy?

chief complaint A 68 y/o female presented with a small, non-tender nodule on the posterior right neck without any discharge. History She has history of breast carcinoma and had mastectomy 20 years back. Examinations Physical exam shows 0.3 × 0.5 cm soft, freely mobile nodule on the right neck. No lymphadenopathy was noted. Diagnosis Could it be just a sebaceous cyst or malignancy?
