Without effective enamel, your teeth are prone to damage and breakage, as well as gum disease gingivitis or periodontitis and tooth decay. People with the condition will have to practice stringent oral hygiene. Most of the tooth are impacted. Also check patient's mental health. Check for other symptoms if any Which can indicate towards any syndrome. Rct of premolar which you have posted followed by crown Antibiotic and analgesic coverage Restoration of all decayed teeth Regular follow up

Widened pulp chambers in all teeth are suggestive of defective dentine formation. Diagnosis is dentinogenesis imperfecta. Full veneer crown is the only option.
