I treated her and completed it in march 2018. patient is c/o dyspnea,productive cough for which,she consulted in civil hospital and they started 1st line 5 drugs AKT since last month. plz comment on,c t thorax,cxray, CBNAAT report and weather she is on right treatment track?

Today a male patient aged 38 years came to me having cough, severe pain chest radiating to back which is increasing day by day,horseness of voice and weakness since 6 months. He is on ATT since 6 months but no relief . X-ray chest and CT chest report is attached. CT report shows left hilar mass with Pulmonary lymph node metastasis. How to proceed in this case...
