Trunk acnes D/d keratosis pillaris I will advise treat as acnes Rx tab azithromycin 250mg 1od for 5days and after that alternately 100mg Tab isotrentoin 20mg 1od Pernex ac oint twice daily Review every fortnightly

Any history of drug intake? Seems like keratosis pilaris You may give low dose steroids and anti inflammatory drugs, But mainly topical moisturisers like emolene cream twice and clop-s nano lotion twice for local application
