Chronic renal failure can present with variety of symptoms 1) Breathlessness - because of fluid overload 2) Vomiting - because of uraemic gastritis 3) Unconsciousness - because of uraemic encephalopathy 4) Fever - because of sepsis secondary to renal failure 5) Body ache, bone pain - because of osteoporosis

First sign vary from person to person , But edema is very common . That too mostly periorbital and lower extremities ..

IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO SYMPTOMS AND SIGN IN FIRST STAGE OF RENAL FAILURE, ON RE URINE EXAMINATION ALBUMIN PRESENT

Unusual swelling on face or legs, uncontrolled hearbeat, difficulty in breathing.

Albuminuria/ micralbuminuria is the first sign of renal failure

Decrease urine output Edema Breathlessness

Not one sign can be attributed to crf It can be any one from nause vomiting to drowsiness vary pt to pt Some come with dysponea while some come with swelling Others may come with anurea or oligourea Asymptomatic a/w diabetes and hypertension as detected during workout All depends on clinicopathological manifestations

Signs and symptoms of acute kidney failure may include: Decreased urine output, although occasionally urine output remains normal. Fluid retention, causing swelling in your legs, ankles or feet. Shortness of breath.

All are sypmtoms which pt enumerates described above.The first sign which physician eliciates earlier is swelling over bilaterally lower eyelids. Rest sign are produced progressively as disease advances.
