Severe extra oral infection Sinus i presume you mean sinositis It depends on organism involved If gram positive like streptococcal or staphylococcus than i use azithromycin or clarithromycin else clindamycin lincomycin For gram negative or mix infections Broadspectrum antibiotics Amoxyclav625mg Cefuroxime Cefixime+ofloxacin Antiinflamatory
