SPOT DIAGNOSIS THESE ERUPTIONS ARE PRESENT ALL OVER BODY. SHE THOUGH SHE IS. SUFFERING FROM CHICKEN POX. HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE CHICKEN POX.

Eruptions are vesicular and spread all over body But since when eruptions are seen It appears to be a c/o veruca varicella

PT SHOULD HAVE DERMATOLOGICAL CONSULTATION

She never went to dermatologist because she thought it is chicken pox and was doing home treatment. When these eruptions were kept increasing then she though to visit doctor.
