5yr child with following lesions... 5 days history

C/o of itching, pus collection, irritation all around the body. Patient visited No. Of clinics drs prescribed luliconazole ointment, steroids anti histamines medication still not getting any response. CBC done. WBC:11900. Diagnosis and Rxn plz.

35 yrs Female/Hindu *Chief Complaints* Rash + some time itching for 2 yrs in both ankel area (behind) *History* 2 yrs back mosquitoes bite when she went to jungle visit, rash developed from that time *Vitals* BP- 130/82 PR- 82 WT- 64 SPO2-98 BL LUNGS CLEAR *Physical Examination* Photo attached *Management* I prescribed Fusiwal Cream - apply locally at night x 10 days What is better Dx and Rx

ONE OF MY PATIENT HAS THESE LESIONS ON ONE HAND & ONE TOE SINCE 02 YEARS,,WITH NO ITCHING,,,TRIED ALL THE ORAL & TOPICAL ANTIFUNGALS. SPOT DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT FRIENDS.
