Need to rule out - Bronchogenic cyst and encrusted Pleural effusion in this case. Bronchoscopic or Thoracoscopy examination may be of help.

Left mid zonal large mass lesion seen. Possibly anterior mediastinal mass.. Consider bronchogenic cyst and hydatid cyst DDs.

Encysted plural effusion. ? Pericardiac cyst

Bronchogenic cyst..

Hydatid cyst left

left lung hydatid cyst with underlying bronchopleural fistula repaired successfully
