Spoke wheel cortical cataract

48 yes old subject es for ophthamoscopy examination.Examination revealed circumferential spoke-like iris transillumination defects. What could be the diagnosis?

It's pigment dispersion syndrome Pigmentary glaucoma in retinal detachment usually there is no glow on transillumination defects. Even the dilated fundus shows minimal glow. It's definitely not RETINAL DETACHMENT for reference check AMERICAN ACADEMY OF OPHTHALMOLOGY.
