Spot Diagnosis..??

30yrs male non smoker non alcoholic non tabacco consumer with GERD since 6months. Taking on & off medications. Not relieved much. Now having sore throat & Mild Dysphagia since 5 days. No fever. No Cough. Is this Chronic pharyngitis due to reflux or ?Ca. Pharynx..? Diagnosis? Treatment?

granular pharyngitis-acute on chronic.may be secondary to GERD.post nasal drip?R/O septic focus in PNS.warm saline gargle,treat GERD, ask the pt.to avoid spicy,cold food s and sweets.if obese weight reduction.any h/o snoring?

Thankyou sir for your valuable fedback. History of snoring is present sir... He is also Asthamatic since 2yrs taking Budamate 400 rotahaler daily. Will steroids help in this? Any risk for pharyngeal carcinoma?
