30yrs male non smoker non alcoholic non tabacco consumer with GERD since 6months. Taking on & off medications. Not relieved much. Now having sore throat & Mild Dysphagia since 5 days. No fever. No Cough. Is this Chronic pharyngitis due to reflux or ?Ca. Pharynx..? Diagnosis? Treatment?
granular pharyngitis-acute on chronic.may be secondary to GERD.post nasal drip?R/O septic focus in PNS.warm saline gargle,treat GERD, ask the pt.to avoid spicy,cold food s and sweets.if obese weight reduction.any h/o snoring?
