67 yrs old lady came to me today with c/c of pain ,loss of vision, vomiting from 8 days also associated with emotional stress. took treatment from local Doc but with out permanent relief. o/e- VA PL positive, PR accurate,lid edema, circumcorneal congestion, corneal edema, anterior chamber flat, pupil mid dilated and poorly reactive,eye ball was stony hard and tender. diagnosis and treatment plan please..
