56/y/o with dysphagia and difficulty in swallowing food from past 3 months On recent investigations she was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of thyroid gland On examination there is no physical deformity visible externally Prakriti- kapha vata Agni samanya bala Mala- sama Mutra nirama Jihva sama Suggest what can be done?

78 year-old man with complain of skin lesion situated on his right temple. It has been slowly increasing in size. The lesion has bled on numerous occasions. H/O- multiple actinic keratoses of his face and scalp, and a squamous cell carcinoma that was removed from his left cheek.
