Started with small lesion, gradually increse in size, itching for last 20days
instead of specifying any particular condition I would suggest a skin biopsy ( to rule out BB / BT Hansen s disease) if the patient is willing though a number of diagnoses may be debated including eczema or a reaction to unnoticed bite or even psoriasiform lesions ( psoriasis)
Vermilion contact dermatitis. Fluconazole 150 weekly for 4 month. Tab Erythromycin 500 TID for a week. Tab levocetrizine OD for 2 week. Tab Multivitamins OD for 2 week Cream Terbinafine + oflaxacin + ordinazole . Neosprin powder coating

it is away from the site of BINDI May have started from eyebrow tinea facie resulted.
