Looks Strawberry Tongue + Glossitis Etiology- Vit B2 + Vit B12 deficiency. Scarlet fever 1. History of fever 2. Pharyngeal examination 3. Throat swab for strep. Bacteria can rule out Scarlet fever. Thank you.

A 75-year-old woman presents with acute swelling of the tongue. She is taking antihypertensive medication and has no known allergies. No h/o DM. the cause of swelling is unkown to patient , it suddenly begun last wek and has been increasing with course of time.
