Stricture Urethra

A 55 year old male patient came with complaints of Pain during micturition for the past 1 week. C/o swollen of penis during micturition × 1 week. Refered this case to General surgeon for further management. - What is the procedure to be perform? -Discoloration Glans penis is due to what?

Primarliy pt is having tight prepucial skin causing repeated balanitis leading to adherent fibrosis leading to narrowing of ext meatus As per the history pt is having narrow stream of urine recently Causes may be due to A urinary tract infection causing painful burning micturation B. Due to meatal stenosis C stricture urethra To go retrograde urethrograogy to rule out sticture urethra Urine for culture senstiivity If due to meatal stenosis meatal dilatation. If due to urinary tract Infection treat with antibiotic as per report If due to stricture urethra regular dilatation of urethra or by urethroplasty Later to plan for circumcision.

Diagnosis: BXO with phimosis. Those white patches over the prepuce develops due to chronic inflammation caused by its own body immune system. Treatment: Circumcision and urethral dilatation if structure is present
