A 13 year old boy child presented with a history of epigastric pain, vomiting, malaise, polyuria, rashes and weight loss during the past 3 months. They report no history of hematuria, hematemesis, fever, chills, or any other associated symptoms; prior surgeries; or medical problems. He was diagnosed as chronic gastritis with erosive changes in the antral region 2 weeks prior. Triple treatment for Helicobacter pylori, however, did not lead to any improvement. Radiograph is attached for diagnosis. How can we manage this case.
