Tissue biopsy needed to be done.

Ct abdomen would be more informative.

It's clinically looking like soft tissue sarcoma of abdomen wall...needs ct abdomen and trucut biopsy as part of evaluation and treatment accordingly later

Go for ct or usg first diagnostic it after plan for surgery

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans ct abdomen wide excision and repair the defect

Any previous surgery in that site?

? Desmoid tumor.?? Multiple ganglonic cysts.

Looking like keloid but investigations required for final diagnisis

Usg abdomen then conclude

Probably kepoid but require bx
