Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans ct abdomen wide excision and repair the defect

It's clinically looking like soft tissue sarcoma of abdomen wall...needs ct abdomen and trucut biopsy as part of evaluation and treatment accordingly later

On lnspection, differential diagnosis ----Incisional hernia

? Desmoid tumor.?? Multiple ganglonic cysts.

Probably kepoid but require bx

Usg abdomen then conclude

Hamartoma. Needs wide excision. And further management.

May be Keloid//dermatofibrosarcoma,CT scan and biopsy & as per the results further plans

Do Usg & biopsy

Go for ct or usg first diagnostic it after plan for surgery
