44/M having recurrent lesions on lower lip since last 8-9yrs. Recurrence every 3-4mnth. Burning sensation present locally Oozing+ Swelling+ bleeding mild+ No H/O fever/itching. Relieves every time wid local application f chlorhexidine. Here is female patient 18 year old with c/o ulcers spread in oral cavity and on lips since 3 years had taken treatment of antifungal oral and topical, antibiotics oral and im Multivitamins,steroids no improvement since then now she has secondary infection of the ulcers and pain on deglutation

25 year lady has this lower lip ulceration problem since 10 months. According to her ulcer erupts during menstruation and gradually heals to erupt in next month. No other health complaint or medication. Kindly help to diagnose n to treat
