Moderate pleural effusion on left side. Go for diagnostic and therapeutic pleurocentesis with preferably ICD. Medical management accordingly.

B/L pleural fluid with Rt.hilar region prominent calcification indication of tubercular etiology. Aspirate pleural fluid from left side & sent for biochemistry & cytology

Xray indication B/L pleural fluid but in CT shows only Left Side pleural fluid
