RESPECTED DOCTORS ,HERE IS A CASE OF 5 YEARS OLD BOY ,SUFFERING FROM THESE TYPES OF LESSONS ON THE FORESKIN OF PENIS .HE HAD BEEN TREATED IN DYANAND MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL AND MANY MORE PHYSICIANS. ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM STARTED AS A SMALL PAPULE OVER THE FRENULUM , ITS ASSOCIATED WITH MILD ITCHING ,WITH STEROIDS THE CONDITION IMPROVES BUT IT AGAIN START . 3yrs pediatric pt has swelling of penis all of sudden . he is not co operative to tell any history . but accor. to his parents he can't allow to touch . what are the d/d ? which medication should preffered?
