Suspect COVID 19 in patients presented with syncope. Who agree?

Yes. Pt comes with hypoxia due viral pneumonia and high grade fever ,which result in syncope even in some cases mental functions like dementia can be noticed. Oxygen supply reduced to brain can result in syncope.

Yes , it can but.... You should first rule out potentially lethal cardiac cause of syncope , then evaluate for CNS causes. RT-PCR should not be first test in case of syncope.

First investigate for syncope and its causes than r/o covid19 Unlikely symptom of syncope as pt always comes with hypoxia and high fever unlikely features of syncope

Research reports are evident on association of Syncope in Covid-19 positive cases. Early sign of syncope followed by Covid-19 positive has been reported

Yes they are Also, there is some amount of mental clouding observed in many cases, esp in the 20-40 age group

Syncope may be a presenting symptoms in Elderly with underlying cardiac disease. Dr Prashant, as you know CVID 19 symptoms can range from none to very mild or severe. SYCOPE ALONE HAS NEVER BEEN DESCRIBED IN COVID 19 INFECTION. I am going the link to an article published, very interesting ,5 case reports are there well written.The article named " Syncope as the presenting symptom of COVID 19infection" NCBI https:// www.ncbi.nlm.nib gov> pmc.The possible mechanisms of syncope in COVID 19 is well written.
