68/male Urologist advised for biopsy Chief Complaints C/o acute severe hip and thigh pain Hypogastric pain Frequent urination History -BPH (53 gms) diagnosed 6 months back -Hypertension Physical Examination DRE- nodularity present Investigations PSA test- >100
PSA is very high Enlarged prostate with hip and thigh pain and rest of symptoms are suggesting malignant prostate hence needs biopsy for confirmation
Serum PSA drastically elevated Advised urgent biopsy And HOLEP after biopsy And specimen for HPE

A male of 36 yrs having tense Ascitis due to hepatitis non specific.He is non alcoholic no other addiction .Received treatment from so called multispeciality hospital from super consultant .He needs taping every 5to 6 days about 6 ltr fluid .Taping done about 5-6 times.No family history or no h/o hepatitis in past.please suggest Rx.
