this is a case of lipoma. it cannot be ranula coz the duration is one year. in case of ranula its sudden onset. ranula is somewhat bluish in colour. here it is not so. also the swellling is movable. although the shape is same as of frogs belly. thanxs dr. partha sir who was the one who answered correctly. thanks to all other doctors for the help and who actively answered
