Umbilical lump with secondary Infection / Umbilical granuloma. Antibiotics orally. Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply fucibact oint locally bd. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Regular monitoring and constant evaluation required.

Infected umblical granuloma with ?abcess. Clean and dress locally with megadine-oz ointment locally. Oral antibiotics and analgesic antinflamatory drugs. Tab bcomplex 1od ×7days. Consult surgeon if not responded.
