Systemic sclerosis with Bad Obstetric History

30 years old female with recurrent 2nd trimester pregnancy loss. (3 episodes) She has hyperpigmentation over face region. She complaints of multiple joint pain. Vitals n rest of systemic examination NAD. Routine Blood investigations were normal. Evaluated with following specific investigations.. ANA strongly positive. Anti SCL70 was positive. Anti DS DNA negative. APLA profile negative. Now she is tested for UPT positive. Kindly discuss Diagnosis n further management plan.

Case of systemic sclerosis with connective tissue disorder This patient has high risk of miscarriage, preterm delivery, vomiting, hypertension and renal crisis Therefore she need to be monitored careful and treatment started as and when complication arise
